Service Overview

We provide a fully organized business trip package for a successful Canton Fair visit, including accommodation, transportation, and all necessary arrangements for a smooth and productive experience.

Service Details

• Airport pickup and drop-off.

• 7-night stay in a 4 or 5-star hotel (as per selection).

• Access to supplier and exhibitor catalogs

• Chinese SIM card with internet access for your trip

• On-site assistance from our team at the fair for two days.

• Canton Fair entry badge issuance.

• Official invitation for the fair.

Optional Services ( Additional Fees )

• Chinese translator escort throughout the fair.

• Private driver throughout the trip, available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.

• China visa processing, including application submission, follow-up, and collection.

Service Condition

• Clients must specify the hotel choice and the actual number of attendees when booking.

• Booking must be completed before the start of the fair to ensure service availability.

• The store reserves the right to cancel the order if service conditions are violated.

• If seats are fully booked, the company may cancel the order within 48 hours with a full refund.

• Clients may cancel the order within 24 hours of booking.

• Notes If two phases of the fair are booked , a discount of 1,125 will be applied
